3. Product Information and Pricing

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all information is error-free. Prices are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to correct any pricing errors after an order is placed. In such cases, we will notify you and offer the option to confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel it for a full refund.

4. Limitation of Liability

ToivoReef shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law and does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

5. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your T-Shirts & Tops, Shorts, or Pants & Trousers, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please note that certain items, such as final sale or clearance products, may not be eligible for return.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the ToivoReef website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Helsinki, Finland.
